This wedding planner website design service builds a business website for wedding organizers. It answers the first three questions every couple asks: what is in the packages, is my date still free, and is this vendor real. Date checks arrive through a form or WhatsApp and land in your email, with no expensive booking system. I build each site myself, from Jakarta, as a website engineer and technical lead.
What I build is a website or landing page for wedding organizers, wedding planners, makeup artists, decorators, and wedding caterers. That covers Indonesia as a whole and the Bali destination wedding market. It is not a digital invitation for one couple, and it is not a vendor marketplace. Invitations for your clients can still be made through the service you already use, and the link can sit on this website.
In short
- Packages and their scope are shown clearly, with or without prices, as you decide.
- A date availability form and a WhatsApp button are forwarded to your email. A booking calendar is built only once the queue is real.
- The gallery stays light on phones, and Instagram remains the daily shop window, linked from the website.
- Your office address, legal details, and business bank account get a place of their own. Couples now check them, after several wedding organizers ran off.
- Paid once; the running costs are the domain, plus a server if you choose one. Free malware cleanup guarantee for 3 months.
- First step: tell me about your business through the form on the homepage.
Who opens a wedding organizer website, and when?
The readers of a wedding planner website are couples comparing a few vendors, usually months before the wedding. Take the Bridestory Wedding Survey Report, summed up by Liputan6 in January 2026. Of 5,000 engaged couples, 92.5 percent used a wedding planner or organizer. Some 44.1 percent spent more than twelve months preparing. November was the most popular month to marry in 2026, and the largest group of budgets sat between Rp250 million and Rp500 million.
The market is not growing fast. Ministry of Religious Affairs figures quoted by JawaPos on 1 January 2026 record 1,479,533 marriages in 2025. That is almost the same as 2024 and well below the 1.7 million of 2022. With the number of couples flat, vendors compete on trust, not on follower counts.
A pattern I often hear from vendors: a couple finds you on Instagram or at a wedding fair. Then they search your name on Google before sending the first message. What they find at that moment decides whether the message gets sent.
Which pages does a wedding planner website need?
These pages help couples decide the most. They are also what couples ask vendors about most often in chat:
- Packages and scope: what is included, what is not, how many guests, and how many crew on the day.
- A gallery per event, not a pile of photos without context, with images that stay light on phones.
- How it works: from the first meeting, the contract, and payment stages to the rehearsal and the wedding day.
- The team's story and who will be present on the day.
- Legal details and office address: business name, business identification number (NIB), and a bank account in the business name.
- FAQs: can you handle an event in another city, what happens when dates clash, and what happens if the wedding is moved.
- A date availability form and a WhatsApp button on every page.
For makeup artists, decorators, and caterers, the structure is the same with small changes. Makeup artists lead with before-and-after galleries and trial schedules. Decorators lead with themes per venue. Caterers lead with package menus and tasting schedules. All of it can live on one website if you run several services at once.
The date availability form: WhatsApp and email are enough, no booking system yet
The date availability form on websites I build asks for four things: the date, the city, a rough guest count, and the budget range. The answers land in your email. Couples who would rather say hello directly press the WhatsApp button. You reply as usual, from the phone already in your hand every day.
I chose this route because it is cheap, safe, and fits how people buy wedding services. The decision comes after a conversation, not after pressing a pay button. A booking system with a calendar and online payment only makes sense once you have at least one admin and chat can no longer keep up with the enquiries. Such a system costs more to build, needs a server, and needs upkeep, so there is no rush. The pattern is similar to the one I describe in the article on catalog online stores with WhatsApp orders.
The form asks only for the data needed to reply. It is guarded against spam without an annoying captcha, and it includes consent for data use under the Personal Data Protection Law.
Legal details on show, because couples now check them
Wedding organizer websites I build have a place for your office address, business identification number (NIB), and a bank account in the business name. The reason is in the news of the past year. NU Online reported in December 2025 on one wedding organizer in Jakarta that abandoned at least 87 couples. LKKNU (a family welfare body under Nahdlatul Ulama) then advised couples to pick vendors with a clear office address and clear legal status.
In May 2026, Metro TV wrote about a couple who lost Rp85.5 million after finding their vendor on Instagram and paying the deposit into a personal bank account.
Honest vendors are the ones hurt by cases like these, because couples are now more wary. A tidy legal details page brings that sense of safety back fast.
On licensing, a wedding organizer falls under KBLI 82302 (special event organizer services) with a medium-low risk level. So a business identification number (NIB) and a standard certificate through OSS are enough, as Hukumonline explained in July 2025. For caterers, the halal certification obligation (BPJPH) for food and drink from micro and small businesses starts on 18 October 2026. BPJPH has confirmed there will be no further delay. A halal certificate number shown on the menu page sets you apart.
A gallery that stays light on phones, and Instagram as the daily shop window
The gallery on wedding organizer websites I build is designed so that dozens of photos per event do not slow the page down on a phone. Photos you upload through the panel are tidied for you. The gallery pages are targeted to pass Core Web Vitals, the speed measure Google uses. The site you are reading, built with the same approach, scored 94 on Lighthouse mobile on 12 October 2026.
Instagram stays the place you post every day, and the website links to it. Only what needs to last moves to the website: packages, a chosen gallery, how you work, and legal details. Which photos appear, with or without the clients' names, is your choice alone. The website only provides the space.
Found on Google and in AI answers when people search for a wedding organizer in your city
Websites I build are set up to be found for searches like "wedding organizer Bandung" or "intimate wedding planner Jakarta". The content is also prepared so AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity can quote it correctly when people ask a machine instead of Google. The method: every page has a clear title and summary, your business details match your Google Business Profile, and the packages page answers the questions people really type.
For destination weddings in Bali, a second language version is built as an extra feature. The market is real. The Bali Wedding Association, quoted by RRI in August 2026, says its members handle 2,500 to 3,000 weddings a year. The busy season runs from April to October, with couples from Singapore, Australia, India, and Europe.
Tracking when needed: knowing where couples come from
If you run ads, tracking can be set up down to single actions: the WhatsApp button pressed, the date check form sent, or a given package page opened. Pixels and tags are installed from your own ad account, not mine, and only go live after the visitor consents. If you do not run ads, no tracking is needed. The website runs fully without it.
Malware-resistant, with a free 3 month cleanup guarantee
Wedding organizer websites I build use the same security standard as this site, which scored A+ on securityheaders.com and Mozilla HTTP Observatory on 12 October 2026. You can test your own website with the same tools after launch. The details of how it is secured are kept private, so they do not become instructions for intruders.
A hacked vendor website can suddenly show gambling ads on the packages page, right when a couple is comparing you with another vendor. That is why your website comes with a free malware cleanup guarantee for 3 months from launch, stated directly on the proof of payment. Other packages give 1 to 6 months. During that period I do the cleanup at no extra cost. That means removing malicious code, restoring the website files from the latest backup, and closing the entry point found on the website I handed over.
Outside the guarantee period, cleanup is billed as separate work. A serious case can cost tens of millions of rupiah.
The guarantee covers a cleanup service, not compensation. It excludes admin carelessness such as shared passwords, changes made by other parties, and outages at the server or domain provider you chose. The exclusions also take in components that age out after the guarantee lapses without renewal. The full scope is on the terms page, and it rests on my experience cleaning up websites hit by malware.
Cost: paid once, cheaper in the following years
This wedding planner website is paid for once, in stages, with a written breakdown. After launch, the running costs are the domain, and a server only if you choose one; wedding vendor websites usually run without a monthly server. There is no builder subscription that raises its price the moment you need a feature.
Support after handover is optional: fixes, updates to website components, and limited help when needed, with no one-year contract. You change packages, the gallery, and FAQs yourself through the panel. Extra features later, such as a second language version, a booking calendar, or online deposit payment, are built through the same service at a special rate.
Ready to use, movable, with source code as an option
The default of this service is a ready-to-use website. The built files live on your domain, the domain and accounts are in your business name, a panel lets you change the content, and you receive handover documents. Those files can be moved to any hosting provider, so if you ever want to switch, revoke my access and the website keeps running.
Source code, meaning the project files used to rebuild the website and change its structure, is not included by default. For wedding vendors this works in your favour. The price is much lower, you still manage every changing piece of content through the panel, and my support applies in full to the version I handed over.
Buying the code only makes sense if you have your own developer or plan to build large features on your own schedule. That option is priced on its own, usually costs far more, and is sometimes not available when the website uses licensed components. Its status is written in the offer.
Why not build it yourself with AI, hire an agency with no clear accountability, or use a free hosting template?
| Consideration | Building it yourself with AI | An agency with no clear accountability | A free hosting template | Built by an engineer (this service) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Who checks the result | You, in between running events | Unclear who does the work | Nobody | The same person from start to handover |
| Date availability form | Often never reaches your email, and nobody knows | Depends | A built-in form, often hit by spam | Tested until messages actually arrive |
| Gallery speed on phones | Original photos uploaded as they are, heavy pages | Rarely measured | Weighed down by unused template components | Measured before handover |
| Security | Nobody monitors it | Not tested | Updated along with thousands of other sites, often late | Tested with public tools, 3 month cleanup guarantee |
| Ownership | Yours, but only you understand it | The domain is sometimes in the agency's name | Tied to the hosting | Domain, accounts, and website in your name |
| Yearly costs | AI tool and builder subscriptions | Monthly retainer | Free until you need a feature | The domain, plus a server if chosen |
Building it yourself with AI can produce a page that looks finished in one afternoon. What you do not see: a form that was never tested, photos that weigh the page down, and nobody who knows when something breaks. I wrote about that risk in the case of an online store built entirely by AI.
An agency where nobody knows who does the work brings the same problem as a vendor who runs off: you do not know who is answerable. A free hosting template is cheap at first, then costly once you need a light gallery or a form that really arrives.
I am not the right choice if you need a content team that posts every day, or if the website must go live tomorrow for a wedding fair the day after.
Who is behind this wedding planner website design service?
This wedding planner website design service is run directly by me, Dicky Ibrohim, website engineer and technical lead. Day to day I build websites and apps, repair websites with problems, and clean up websites hit by malware. Thousands of cases have crossed my desk. My background is on the about page. I use AI to speed up the repeated parts, then test the result myself until the form really lands in your email.
I am not a wedding organizer. The package contents, how you work, and the photos come from you; material from me is licensed, and material from you is guaranteed by you.
Process: from your package list to launch
- Tell me about your business through the form on the homepage: the type of service, your city, the packages you offer, and whether you need two languages.
- A written offer within one or two business days: the page structure, schedule, fees and payment stages, whether you need a server, the malware guarantee period, and what optional support covers.
- A short interview: your packages and their scope, your workflow, the questions couples ask most often, and which photos may be used.
- Text and design: I draft them, and you review and approve them, especially the packages and legal details pages.
- Preview on phone and laptop: the date check form and WhatsApp button are tested until the messages arrive.
- **Launch and handover: I hand over access, the ownership documents, and a guide to the panel.
What you need to prepare
- The business name, office address, business identification number (NIB), and the business bank account you want to show.
- A list of packages with their scope, with or without prices.
- Selected photos per event, with your decision on whether clients' names are mentioned.
- Your workflow from the first meeting to the wedding day, including payment stages.
- The WhatsApp number and email address that will receive messages.
Eight questions to ask before choosing someone to build your wedding organizer website
- Where do date check form entries go, and are they tested until they arrive? (To your email, tested before handover.)
- Does a gallery with dozens of photos stay light on phones? (Yes, measured with public tools.)
- Who owns the domain and accounts? (You do.)
- What happens should malware get into the website? (I clean it up at no cost within the 3 month guarantee stated on the proof of payment.)
- Which costs recur? (The domain, plus a server if you choose one; support is not required.)
- Can I change packages and the gallery myself? (Yes, through the panel.)
- Can the website be moved to another hosting provider? (Yes, at any time.)
- Could a booking calendar or another language version be added down the line? (Yes, at a special rate.)
First step: tell me about your business
Couples have half decided before they send the first message, and your website is where that choice is made. Clear packages, dates that are easy to check, and legal details on show are what this wedding planner website design service delivers.
Tell me about your business through the form on the homepage or send an email to hello@dickyibrohim.com. My reply covers a page structure that fits your business, the cost, and an estimated launch date.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a wedding planner website cost?
The build fee is paid once, in stages, with a written breakdown. After launch, the running costs are the domain, plus a server only if you choose one; support is optional. The amount depends on the number of pages, the number of packages, and whether you need two languages. I send it after you tell me about your business through the form on the homepage.
What is the difference between a wedding organizer website and a digital invitation?
A digital invitation is made for one couple and one event. A wedding organizer website is the home of your business: packages, gallery, how you work, legal details, and how couples reach you. Digital invitations for your clients can still be made through the service you already use.
I already have a busy Instagram. Do I still need a website?
Instagram stays your daily shop window and is linked from the website. The website holds what does not fit on Instagram: full packages with their scope, a date availability form that lands in your email, your office address and legal details, and pages Google finds when someone searches for a wedding organizer in your city.
How does the date availability form work without a booking system?
The couple fills in the date, city, estimated number of guests, and budget range. That lands in your email, and you reply by WhatsApp or email as usual. An automatic booking calendar can be added later as an extra feature once enquiries are busy.
Do I have to show package prices?
That is your decision. The website has room for packages with or without prices, and you can change them yourself through the panel at any time. Many vendors show a range and the scope, then settle the exact figure in conversation.
Can the website be made bilingual for destination weddings in Bali?
Yes. A second language version is built as an extra feature at a special rate, with separate page addresses so couples from Singapore or Australia land on the right version.
Can I update the gallery and packages myself?
Yes. The gallery, packages, and FAQs are changed through a simple panel without contacting me. Uploaded photos are tidied automatically so pages stay light on phones.
Do I receive the source code?
The default is a ready-to-use website: the built files live on your domain, can be moved to any hosting, and come with access and handover documents. Source code is a separate option with its own fee and is not always available; the status for your project is written in the offer.
What if the website gets malware?
Your website comes with a free malware cleanup guarantee for 3 months from launch, as stated on the proof of payment; other packages give 1 to 6 months. It is a cleanup service, not compensation; the scope and exclusions are on the terms page.
When does a wedding organizer need a booking or online payment system?
When you already have at least one admin and date enquiries can no longer be handled through chat. Such a system costs more to build and maintain, so start with the form and WhatsApp, then upgrade once the queue is real.
