Terms of Service

1.Who these terms are between

"I" or "me" means Dicky Ibrohim, an independent engineering partner based in Demak, Jawa Tengah, Indonesia. "You" means anyone who visits www.dickyibrohim.com, engages my services, or interacts with a platform integration I operate (WhatsApp Business Platform messaging, Facebook Login, or related Meta APIs registered under the CLEOVA business).

2.Using this website

• Content is provided for information. It is not legal, financial, or security advice for your specific situation.
• You may not scrape at volume, probe, overload, or attempt to bypass security controls of this website or any service linked from it.
• Text, code samples, and images on this site are mine unless stated otherwise. Short quotations with attribution are welcome; wholesale reproduction is not.

3.Engineering services

• A booking or enquiry is a request, not a contract. Work starts only after a written scope, price, and schedule are agreed.
• Each engagement is governed by its own statement of work; where it conflicts with these terms, the statement of work wins.
• You keep ownership of your codebase and data. Deliverables transfer to you on payment; pre-existing tools and know-how remain mine and are licensed to you for the engagement.
• Confidential information shared during an engagement is used only for that engagement.

4.Messaging and login features

Where a store or product I build uses my Meta platform integration, the following applies in addition to Meta’s and WhatsApp’s own terms:

• Messages sent are transactional — verification codes, order, payment, and shipping updates you triggered. Marketing messages are only sent to people who opted in and can be stopped by replying STOP.
• One-time passcodes are personal. Do not share them; I will never ask for a code by phone or chat.
• Facebook Login is optional. Removing the app in your Facebook settings ends the connection; you may keep using the store with another sign-in method.
• Abuse of a business number (spam, harassment, automated flooding) may result in blocking without notice.

5.Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy at https://www.dickyibrohim.com/privacy/, which forms part of these terms.

6.Warranties and liability

• The website and integrations are provided "as is". I aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and third-party platforms (Meta, Cloudflare, carriers) are outside my control.
• To the extent permitted by law, my total liability arising from the website or a platform integration is limited to the amount you paid me for the affected service in the preceding twelve months, and I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
• Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

7.Suspension and termination

I may suspend or end access to the website or an integration if these terms are breached, if required by law or a platform provider, or if a service is discontinued. Provisions on ownership, confidentiality, and liability survive termination.

8.Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith; if unresolved within 30 days, they are submitted to the district court of Demak, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.

9.Changes
