Personal Brand Website Design Service: One Official Source for Your Name, a Speaker Kit, and an Invitation Form

Personal brand website design for lecturers, speakers, consultants, coaches, and authors: a domain in your name, links to SINTA and LinkedIn, a speaker kit.

Portrait of Dicky Ibrohim with the text “Personal Brand Website Design Service. One Official Source for Your Name, a Speaker Kit, and an Invitation Form.”

This personal brand website design service builds a website under your own name for lecturers and researchers, speakers and trainers, consultants, coaches, and authors. Your profile, expertise, publications, books, and past events sit at one address that you control. When an event organizer or a prospective client wants to invite you, they fill in a form that reaches your email and WhatsApp directly. I build each site myself, as a website engineer and technical lead.

The site you are reading is my own personal website, so the approach I offer is one I already use for myself.

In short

  • A domain in your name, such as yourname.id, with the accounts registered to you as well.
  • A profile that links to SINTA, Google Scholar, ORCID, LinkedIn, and your social media, so search engines can tell they all belong to one person.
  • A speaker kit page for organizers: short and long bios, official photos, a topic list, and your event history.
  • An invitation form for talks or consultations that asks only for the data it needs.
  • Credentials people can verify, and claims that stay within Indonesia's Consumer Protection Law.
  • The build is a one-time payment. Each year after that you pay for the domain, and for a server only if you pick one. Malware cleanup is free for the first 3 months. Begin with the form on the homepage.

People search for your name, and the answers are scattered

Indonesia had about 230 million internet users at the end of 2025, according to DataReportal. Of those internet users, 78.2 percent were on at least one social media platform. The same report counted 37.0 million registered LinkedIn members in Indonesia at the end of 2025. The Reuters Institute reports that about 57 percent of Indonesians get their news from social media.

So a professional's profile ends up spread across LinkedIn, Instagram, a university staff page, SINTA, bookshop catalogues, and posts by event organizers. You fully control none of them. A website under your own name becomes the main reference that ties them together, and it holds the official version of who you are and what you know.

One reference point for Google and AI answers

The personal websites I build carry the structured data Google recognises for profile pages, with links to your official profiles elsewhere. That makes it easier for search engines to see that your LinkedIn account, your SINTA profile, and this website all belong to you.

A knowledge panel, the profile box shown beside Google's search results, is built automatically from sources across the web, and there is no way to ask for one. If a panel about you already appears, you can claim it with a Google account linked to an official site. A website registered in Search Console counts as one. I help prepare that route. I do not promise the panel itself.

For AI answers, Google states that AI Overviews need no special structured data, so a page only has to be indexed and eligible to show with a snippet. ChatGPT search only shows sites that allow its search crawler, and that crawler is separate from the one that gathers data to train models. Your website lets the ChatGPT and Perplexity search crawlers in, while you are free to block the training crawlers. When someone asks an AI "who is [your name]", your website is there to be quoted. I cannot promise the AI will always quote it.

For lecturers and researchers: a complement to SINTA, not a replacement

SINTA, the national science and technology index run by the ministry, lists more than 337,000 authors. ORCID gives researchers a free, persistent identifier. A Google Scholar profile can appear in Scholar search results once you make it public and verify an institutional email address. A personal website links all three. It also adds what does not fit there: your research field in plain language, current projects, public lecture material, and how to reach you about collaboration.

I should be honest about one thing. A personal website does not add to your credit points (angka kredit). Permendiktisaintek 52/2025 took effect on 24 December 2025 and revoked Permendikbudristek 44/2024. It ties promotion to workload, credit points, scientific publications, and competency tests. Lecturer career data is still managed through the information systems of the ministry and the universities.

The same regulation requires lecturers to avoid conflicts of interest and not to use their position for personal gain from students. So if you offer consulting or training, the website does not aim those services at your own students. Each university sets its own detailed code of ethics, and it is worth reading yours first. For lecturers who are civil servants (PNS), PP 94/2021 on civil servant discipline does not ban a personal website. Its Article 5 does ban support for political campaigns, so the website carries nothing of that kind.

For speakers and trainers: a speaker kit and an invitation form

Event organizers ask for the same things over and over: a bio, a photo, the session title, and past events. Sending them one by one gets old fast. A speaker kit page puts all of it in one place to download. You get a 50 word bio and a 100 word bio, official photos in several aspect ratios, a topic list with short summaries, and the events you have spoken at.

The speaking invitation form asks for the date, the city or an online format, the topic, the type and size of the audience, and the session length. It also asks for the organizer's name and institution, and for a fee range if the organizer is willing to share one. A summary arrives in your email, and the WhatsApp button opens a chat carrying that same summary.

Article 20(2) of Law 27/2022 allows personal data to be processed to meet a request made before an agreement. The form also tells people why their data is collected and how long it is kept.

For consultants and coaches: credentials anyone can check

A competency certificate from BNSP, Indonesia's National Professional Certification Agency, can be matched through the BNSP certificate check. ICF coaching credentials can be looked up in the Verify a Coach directory. The ICF has three levels, ACC, PCC, and MCC, and each one asks for more training and practice hours than the last. Your website shows the credential name, its level, and a link to verify it. A bare logo proves little.

Article 9(1) of the Consumer Protection Law bans promotion that implies a sponsorship, approval, or affiliation that is not real. It bans uncertain promises as well. "As seen on" logos and client logos go up only if you have permission to use them. A line like "guaranteed to double your revenue" is replaced with an explanation of how you work. Client testimonials appear only with written permission.

The consultation form does not ask about health history, mental state, or income. Article 4 of Law 27/2022 classes health data and personal financial data as specific personal data. If you practise as a psychologist, the rules are stricter, and I cover them in the article on psychologist websites.

For authors: a page for every book

Each book gets a page of its own with the cover, synopsis, ISBN, publisher, year of publication, and links to the shops that sell it. Review quotes carry the name of their source. If you also speak at book talks, each book page can link to the invitation form.

Want to sell signed copies or online classes straight from the website? Taking orders through WhatsApp is usually enough at the start. A store with a cart and online payments only pays off once at least one person handles orders and chat can no longer keep up. It costs a great deal more to build and to run, so there is no need to rush. I describe when that step makes sense in the article on catalogue stores that take WhatsApp orders.

Google Business Profile: usually not for speakers and coaches

The Google Business Profile guidelines let individual practitioners have a profile if clients can meet them at a verified location during opening hours. Virtual offices do not qualify. A speaker or coach who works online or moves from venue to venue is usually not a candidate. For them, the website and LinkedIn become the main ways to be found.

The website is built to pass Core Web Vitals, since organizers often open a profile link on a phone. On 12 October 2026 this site scored 94 on Lighthouse mobile, and your personal website is built with that same approach.

Tracking, if you advertise

If you run ads on LinkedIn, Google, or Meta for a class or a consulting service, the website can count sent invitation forms and taps on the WhatsApp button. The tracking code comes from your own ad account and only runs once the visitor agrees. Without ads, there is no tracker.

Protecting your good name, with free malware cleanup for 3 months

A hacked website under a personal name can show gambling ads or scam links right beside your name. The damage sticks to your reputation, and it outlasts the fix to the website itself. The websites I build follow the security standard of this site. On 12 October 2026 it earned A+ on securityheaders.com and on Mozilla HTTP Observatory, and you can repeat those tests yourself. How the protection works stays off this page on purpose, since a public write-up would only help intruders.

If malware gets in during the first 3 months after launch, I clean it up at no cost. That period is recorded on the proof of payment, and other packages can give anywhere from 1 to 6 months. I remove the malicious code, restore the files from the latest backup, and close the gap on the website I handed over. What I take on is the cleanup work, not any losses that follow.

Once the guarantee period is over, a cleanup is quoted as a new project, and a serious case can run to tens of millions of rupiah. The guarantee does not cover passwords shared with an assistant, infected devices, or changes made by other people. Nor does it cover downtime at your server or domain provider, or components left out of date after the guarantee lapses without renewal. The terms page spells out each condition in full. I can offer this because cleaning malware off websites is everyday work for me.

Cost: paid once, with low yearly costs

You pay for the build of a personal website once, in stages, against a written breakdown agreed at the start. After launch, what recurs is the domain, along with a server if you opt for one. A profile website usually needs no monthly server, and you never pay a monthly website builder subscription.

Support after handover is optional. If you take it, it covers fixes, component updates, and limited help when you need it. You can add new publications or books yourself through the panel. If you later want an English version, a blog, or a page for online classes, that work comes with a special offer.

Ready to use in your name; source code if you need it

You receive a ready-to-use website. That means the files running on a domain in your name, accounts in your name, a panel for updating content, and handover documents. You are free to move it to another hosting provider. If you later want someone else to look after it, my access can be revoked and the website keeps running.

The default package leaves out the source code, which is the set of project files needed to rebuild the website from scratch. For an individual professional, that keeps the price down. You can still change the content through the panel, and my support applies to the version I deliver. Source code is worth buying if you have your own developer or plan to grow the website into a course platform. It carries its own, much higher price. It may also be unavailable because some components are licensed.

Choosing as a professional: AI yourself, an unclear agency, a free template, or an engineer?

AI can write an impressive bio in seconds. It also tends to add awards or job titles that never existed, and claims like that wreck trust once someone notices. I looked at this kind of mistake in the case of an online store built entirely by AI. Agencies with no clear accountability sometimes register the domain carrying your name under their own. A free template works as a digital business card, but it was never meant to hold publications, a speaker kit, and book pages at once.

Who is behind this personal brand website design service?

I, Dicky Ibrohim, website engineer and technical lead, run this personal brand website design service myself. My working history is on the about page. I build websites and applications, repair ones that have gone wrong, and clean up ones infected with malware, and those cases now number in the thousands. I use AI for the repetitive parts and then test the result myself, down to sending the invitation form again and again until it arrives in your inbox.

I am not an image consultant, a PR specialist, or an expert on the staffing rules for lecturers. Your CV, degrees, publications, credentials, and testimonials come from you. The material I supply is licensed to you, and you vouch for the photos and text you provide.

Process: from CV to launch

  1. Tell me about your work through the form on the homepage: your profession, who you want to reach, and the online profiles you already have.
  2. I send a written offer by email, normally inside one or two business days after your message. It lists the pages to be built, the schedule, the cost of each stage, whether a server is needed, the malware guarantee period, and the limits of support.
  3. A short interview covers your expertise, topics, publications or books, and the questions organizers or clients ask you most.
  4. Text and design: I draft both, then you check them, above all your bio, degrees, and credentials.
  5. Testing on phone and laptop: the form, the WhatsApp button, and the links to your other profiles are tried one at a time.
  6. Launch, after which I hand over access, ownership documents, and a guide to updating your content.

What you need to prepare

  • Your latest CV, plus the degrees and positions you want shown.
  • Links to your SINTA, Google Scholar, ORCID, LinkedIn, and social media profiles.
  • Your topic list, event history, publications, or books with their ISBNs.
  • Credentials with their numbers or verification links, and testimonials you have permission to use.
  • Official photos that you own, your email address, and your WhatsApp number.

Eight questions before choosing someone to build your personal website

  1. Whose name is the domain registered in? (Yours.)
  2. Is the profile linked to SINTA, Scholar, and LinkedIn? (Yes, if you have those profiles.)
  3. Is there a speaker kit page? (Yes, with a bio and photos ready to download.)
  4. What does the invitation form ask for? (Date, topic, audience, duration, and organizer.)
  5. Does the website promise a knowledge panel or AI citations? (No. What I prepare is the route to them.)
  6. What happens if the website gets malware? (For 3 months after launch it is cleaned free of charge, as stated on the proof of payment.)
  7. Which costs recur? (Just the domain each year, and a server if you want one.)
  8. Can a blog or an English version be added later? (Yes, with a special offer.)

Organizers and prospective clients pick people whose profiles are easy to find and whose expertise is clear. They also want credentials they can check and a simple way to send an invitation. A website under your own name that does all of that is what this personal brand website design service delivers.

Tell me about your work through the form on the homepage, or write to hello@dickyibrohim.com. I will reply with a proposed set of pages, a cost breakdown, and an estimate of when your website can go live.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a personal brand website cost?

The build is paid for once, in stages, with a written breakdown. After launch, only the domain recurs, plus a server if you decide on one. The figure depends on how many pages and languages you need, and I quote it after you tell me about your work in the homepage form.

How is a personal website different from LinkedIn?

LinkedIn belongs to the platform, and every profile there looks alike. A website under your own name is fully under your control. It can hold a speaker kit, publications, and books, and it links to LinkedIn as one of your official profiles.

Does a personal website add to a lecturer's credit points?

No. Permendiktisaintek 52/2025 governs promotion through workload, credit points, scientific publications, and competency tests. A website helps people find your research. It is not a career requirement.

May a lecturer who is a civil servant have a personal website?

PP 94/2021 does not forbid it. The things to avoid include support for political campaigns and conflicts of interest, such as offering paid services to your own students. Check your university's code of ethics too.

Can a website get me a Google knowledge panel?

Nobody can guarantee one, because Google creates panels automatically. A website under your own name that links to your other official profiles helps. If a panel about you already exists, a website verified in Search Console is one of the ways to claim it.

Can ChatGPT or Perplexity quote my website?

Yes, if their search crawlers are allowed in and the content is clear. I leave your website open to those search crawlers, though nobody can guarantee that an AI will always cite it.

What is a speaker kit?

A page holding the material organizers usually ask for: short and long bios, official photos, a topic list, and your event history. They can download it without having to ask you in a chat.

May I put media or client logos on my website?

Only with permission. Article 9(1) of the Consumer Protection Law bans promotion that suggests a sponsorship, approval, or affiliation that is not true.

Do I receive the source code?

You receive a ready-to-use website on a domain in your name, with a panel and handover documents, and you can move it to any hosting. Source code is sold separately at a higher price and sometimes cannot be offered at all; your written offer says which applies.

What if my personal website gets malware?

If it happens within 3 months of launch, as noted on the proof of payment, I clean it up for free; other packages give 1 to 6 months. What you get is a cleanup service, not compensation, and the details are on the terms page.
